Policer armored personnel carrier designed for the rough terrain of Marsean. Yes the tires should have some treads, it's something I never got round to. I just wanted to get the idea for the design out. As much as I dig the piece I'll likely end up doing a more deco design for an alternative. Inked pencils colored in PhotoShop 7
