Estin Tse
Estin Tse is a young man fairly new to the Genuaa
Municipal Policers and as such lacks the experience some of the
other characters have. During the events that will play out through
this sequential project's story this faily un-assuming young man
will have his trial by fire. This illustration was drawn in pencil,
inked pencil shaded and then coated with polyurethane.  |
