This
is our comics gallery and a good deal of our output as the now
defunct IO PRODUCTIONS was in the area of comics. Although there
really is no such thing as manga style or anime style (ask the
industry pros who do this and see what they say. We say much the
same) the work I (Mike Majestic) did was influenced by manga greatly.
Ironically most folks in the industry and casual comic fans said
the work reminded them of works from Europe ala Heavy Metal (Metal
hurlant). I can certainly live with that.  |
