Kaneda
This is actually pt. 2 of the above "Akira" illo.
This was on the back of the shirt. My friend, Gene Stairwell, had
this image on the front of his shirt. Again, I copied it from Mr.
Otomo's original promo illo for his manga. I did not trace it. I
just thought Otomo's simple pose for Kaneda was really cool. The
shirts were for us and we didn't make them for profit. We just wanted
"Akira" shirts cause there weren't any at the time.
