BASILEA is the story arc that spawned Theos Ke Polemos and it's the work that essentially moved my interest in animation forward for over a decade. Created in 1985/86 , under the studio net of IO PRODUCTIONS,it has since evolved quite far away from it's modest beginnings into a seriously detailed and unique story and world unto itself. You could call this project a child-hood dream in many ways and the richness of what it has become at this point makes it possible to create works like Theos Ke Polemos within the BASILEA setting and timeline. A story about the evolution and spiritual awakening of humanity in the darkest of times BASILEA, along with it's prequel Theos, is set to create a genre and impact all its own; Retro Deco Future Noir.
